First, if you are KU, you cannot REQUIRE reviews for books as per Zon’s terms & conditions so you can give the book out for reviews prior to release but you cannot expect them to give reviews. With that out of the way, you can usually expect about half of the readers who signed up to actually download your book, and then you can expect half of those to actually review.
Yes and No. Yes, to a point because we will remove all known pirates and will continue to remove them as we see them. And no because while we “watch your back” it still can be done. AND, if you are on anywhere on the interwebs with your eBook there are programs out there that allow it to be done regardless.
Once a tour is complete, reviews can still be posted but will not be counted for credit unless initially discussed with me prior to the tour.
You do NOT have to use the graphics that I send with the tour emails. These are only to make things easier for people who do not have time to make graphics. Also, they are informational – I am not a graphic expert by any means haha. I make sure I include the covers with every tour so those who want to make their own graphic can – with the high res photo.
Unfortunately, I have a set schedule for all tours to ensure nothing is missed.. Also, most times I do not have the link until the Friday before the final email goes out.
Please wait until the tour is over to post the review on GR, BB, or Zon. On the day of your tour post you can put the graphic and a blurb like you would for a blitz though!
